  New Baseball Rules

  1. Baseball - Baseball games are official after 5 innings of play, or 4.5 innings if the home team is leading. If a game is subsequently called or suspended, the winner is determined by the score after the last full inning unless the home team ties the score or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning. Then the winner will be determined by the score at the time the game is called. When wagering on Total Runs or Run Lines, the game must go the regulation 9 innings, or 8.5 innings if the home team is leading, otherwise it will constitute a "No Action" wager, and all money WILL be credited accordingly.
  2. For Spring Training game through Saturday, March 13th 2021, Official Baseball Rule 5.09(e) will feature shortened games and relaxed rules, allowing defensive managers to end an inning prior to three outs following any completed plate appearance, provided the pitcher has thrown at least 20 pitches. Pitchers who are removed during a game are allowed to re-enter at a later point and that all spring training contests, regardless of length, can end in a tie after the schedule length of the game has been played
  3. Effective July 2020 and until further notice, baseball pitchers will not be listed on the event wagering displays.
  4. Effective July 2020 and until further notice, wagers on total runs are action at the odds at time of wager acceptance, and will not be refunded due to any pitcher changes before or during the game.
  5. Effective July 2020 and until further notice, baseball Run Line, Moneyline, Totals, Prop Wagers and 5-inning Wagers are accepted as action at the odds at time of wager acceptance, and will not be refunded due to any pitcher changes before or during the game.
  6. Bets on baseball series are based on the first three games completed of each series. At least two of the first three games of the series must be completed for bets to have action. If only one of the first three games is postponed or canceled, series bets stand as written. If two of the first three matchups are postponed or canceled, all bets on that series will be classified as No Action and will be reimbursed. A called game will be acknowledged as a series bet, provided it is officially stated as a regulation game. The 9 inning rule does not apply.
  7. All baseball propositions for a scheduled 9-inning game must go the full NINE (8.5) innings unless otherwise stated. All such proposition bets are no action otherwise, and shall be refunded.
  8. Moneyline / Winner Markets: For games scheduled for 9 or 7 innings the Winner market will be settled for pre-match if the game goes at least 5 innings (4.5 if home team is leading) and is considered official.

Casino Rollover Bonus Specific Terms and Conditions
What is a ROLLOVER?
A ROLLOVER is a wagering requirement levied upon by the gambling site.

What is a ROLLOVER requirement?
A ROLLOVER REQUIREMENT is the amount you need to bet before your bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal. Thus, the gambling site has different rollover requirements for Casino and Sportsbook promotion/bonuses.

How to compute for a ROLLOVER REQUIREMENT?
For instance, you signed up with OddsMaker.ag that offers 100% deposit bonus with a rollover requirement of 30x. You deposit $100 and get the Welcome Bonus of 100% equivalent to $200 bonus. Since there is a rollover requirement for the promotion Welcome Bonus of 30x, the total amount of $200 (deposit plus bonus) will be multiplied 30x. Hence, you need the sum of your total wagers amounting to $6,000 betting action WIN OR LOSE. Meaning, you just need to place wagers amounting $6,000 worth of bets (win or lose).

For instance:
Deposited Amount $100
Welcome Bonus100%($100)
Rollover Requirement30x
Worth of Bets (Win OR Lose)6,000
Does Casino and Sportsbook have the same rollover requirement?
NO. The rollover requirement for Casino Bonuses has a different rollover method than that of the Sportsbook. It is very important to know that the count of action in casino will not be counted towards Sportsbook and vice versa. Once you login, proceed to the Casino Main Page and click on BONUSES. Here you will be able to find your available casino bonus and the rollover requirement.
In Casino ALL deposits has a 1x wagering requirement before you cash-out.

Game TypeRollover Contribution
Slots Game and 3D Slots (excluding progressive jackpot slots)100%
Table Games (Unless Stated Otherwise)20%
Video poker (All Types)10%
Blackjack (All Types)5%
Craps, Roulette, Baccarat and All Progressive Jackpot Game0%
If you use the 100% Deposit Bonus promotion for Casino as stated above, you are required to MEET the 30X rollover requirement in TOTAL WAGERS. Always remember that the total wagers include your WIN OR LOSE wagers.

Deposited Amount$100
100% Deposit Bonus100%($100)
Rollover Requirement30x
Worth of Bets (Win OR Lose)6,000
Here is an example: Let’s say you played a Blackjack with $10,000 worth of hands, the computation of this using the table above with the Percentage Contribution will be $10,000 x 5% = $500. And since you are enjoying Casino, you then played Video Poker with $10,000 worth of action cards, the computation again will be $10,000 x 10% = $1,000.

The TOTAL ROLLOVER accumulated when playing WIN OR LOSE bets is $1,500($500+$1000).

To know your REMAINING ROLLOVER:

Rollover Requirement$6,000
Blackjack$500
Video Poker$1,000
REMAINING ROLLOVER$4,500
Since you only have $4,500 worth of rollover remaining and you really want to cash out your Deposit + Bonus money you decided to play 3D SLOTS with $4,500 worth of slots games, the computation will be $4,500 x 100% as shown below:

Remaining Rollover$4,500
3D Slots$4,500
TOTAL Rollover needed$0.00
The rollover contribution would then be complete and you can cash out your winnings.

  FREE Sportsbook Bet

Occasionally we will run a promotion that allows you to make a FREE wager on a specific event. From the lines page, place a wager on the event that has "Free Wager" listed in it's title. You are required to place the wager for exactly the amount listed, nothing more or less. In order to place this free bet, you need to have at least the amount of the wager already in your REAL money account.

When you place the wager, no money from your account will be deducted and if you win, your account will be credited with the winnings for that wager.

Example: The Free Bet is a $20 wager on the Miami/Dallas NFL game. You choose Miami -7 and place the $20 wager. You have $50 in your REAL money account so you are allowed to place this wager. Miami wins the game by 10 point and you win the bet. $20 was added to your REAL money account. If you lose, it doesn't cost you a penny. OddsMaker reserves the right to modify or end the actual bet or modify the bet amount at its discretion.

Available Wager Types

  Moneyline Wagers

This type of wager requires that your selection win outright. Odds are determined by something called a money line or price. Money lines are represented by a number preceded by either + or a - such as -110. A price is the same money line converted into a decimal such as 1.91.

European Wagers Straight Wagers
These wagers require you to select the outcome of an event. Your choice needs to either win, lose or draw for your wager to win. Selections in these wagers are accompanied by a price only such as 1.91.

  Pointspread Wagers

Your selection must win by more than (or lose by less than) the adjusted line.

Example:
Team Spread
Miami -3.0
Green Bay +3.0
  • If you were to select "Green Bay Packers + 3.0", the Packers must win the game, or not lose by more than 3 points.
  • If you select "Miami Dolphins - 3.0", the Dolphins need to win the game by more than 3 points.
With regards to point spread betting, the odds are always - 110 (or 1.91), unless otherwise noted, which means you win $100 for each $110 bet. If the game happens to tie on the point spread, i.e. neither team wins nor loses by the specified amount, the bet is cancelled and the wager is returned.

  Over/Under Wagers

You can place a wager based on the total final score of the game. You can bet the final combined score of the two participating teams will be "over" or "under" a specified total. Over/Unders are always -110 unless otherwise noted.

  Buying Points

You can "buy points" on football and basketball. When you do, you move the point spread so that you give away fewer points with the favorite or get more points with the underdog.

  Parlays

Combining different wagers from various sports is a great way to increase your potential payout. In order for a combination wager to win, all of your selections must win. Any ties remove that game from your combination and reduce your combination by one, which will, in turn, reduce the pay out. In the event that your combination is reduced to a single game, that wager will be played as a regular, single selection wager.

The bet price is calculated by multiplying the individual prices of your selections. All your selections must win for the bet to pay out.

Payout Chart
# of Teams 1 2 3 4 5 6
Payout -110 2.6-1 6-1 10-1 20-1 40-1
# of Teams 7 8 9 10 11 12
Payout 75-1 150-1 300-1 700-1 1000-1 1800-1

** Management reserves the right to limit the number of teams that may be parlayed, payouts displayed on bet ticket supersede payouts displayed in this table. Point-buy wagers may not be included in parlay wagers.

  Parlay Challenge Terms

  • All teams must be chosen from the Parlay event listings.
  • All offered selections use standard Las Vegas Point Spreads. Money Lines and Totals are not eligible for the Parlay Challenge.
  • All teams wagered on must win their event against the Point Spread posted within the Parlay event listings at the time of your wager, to be considered a win.
  • If there is a Tie, or No Action on any of the events, the wager is lost.
  • There is no limit on the number of bettors that can win any single Parlay wager.
  • All wagers are final.

  Over/Under Wagers

You can place a wager based on the total final score of the game. You can bet the final combined score of the two participating teams will be "over" or "under" a specified total. Over/Unders are always -110 unless otherwise noted.

  Progressive Parlays

Progressive parlays differ from regular parlays in that they have a fixed payout and they only apply to 4 and 8 team parlays. Also, you still have the opportunity to win if you lose one of your selections. In a 4 team progressive parlay if you lose one game and win the other 3 you still win. In an 8 team progressive parlay you can win with either 6, 7 or 8 wins.

Betting Rules
  • Payout is determined by the number of wins.
  • A push or a tie is considered a loss and a No-Actioned bet would revert to the next lowest progressive parlay.
  • Progressive Parlays cannot include Money Lines or Totals.
  • Two connected events cannot be wagered upon within the same Progressive Parlay. ie. Progressive Parlay bets, where the match forms part of the overall tournament, are not accepted.
  • The odds posted at the time of your bet are used to determine payout.
  • All wagers are final.
Payout Charts
4 team 8 Team
4 wins 4-1 (+400) 8 Wins 75-1 (+7500)
3 wins 1-1 (EVEN) 7 Wins 5-1 (+500)
  6 Wins 3-1 (+300)

  Teaser Wagers (Football or Basketball)

A teaser wager allows you to make a combination bet on football or basketball with the point spread adjusted or "teased" in your favor. You can adjust the point spread of your selections in football by 6, 6.5 or 7 points. In basketball, point spreads can be adjusted by 4, 4.5 or 5 points.
All of your selections must win for a teaser wager to win. Any ties take that game off of your combination and reduce your combination by one, which in turn reduces the pay out. If your teaser is reduced to a single game your teaser wager will be cancelled and your wager will be returned to you.
There are also two special teaser wagers called "Sweetheart Teasers". These are always 3 team teasers where ties lose. You must win all three games in order for your teaser to win. If football the "Sweetheart Teaser" gives 10 points while a basketball "Sweetheart Teaser" adjusts your line by 7 points.

Example:
Team Spread 6.0 6.5 7.0
Miami -3.0 +3.0 +3.5 +4.0
Green Bay +3.0 +9.0 +9.5 +10.0
Dallas +6.0 +12.0 +12.5 +13.0

In this example (above), if you picked Miami in a 6 point teaser you would get Miami at +3.0 points instead of -3.0 points. So if Miami won the game or lost by up to 2 points that part of your teaser bet would win. A 6.5 or a 7 point teaser would give you Miami at +3.5 and +4.0 respectively. If you picked Dallas, you could move their point spread to +12.0, +12.5 or +13.0.

  If Wagers (Win and Action)

You would place an IF Wager when you want action on a second game (or more games) without wanting to risk more than your original wager amount for a single wager. You can add up to 8 teams in an IF wager. You can also request an IF wager if 2 or more games are being played simultaneously.
Placing an IF wager is advantageous in that you only need to risk your original wager while taking action on up to 8 wagers.
There are two types of IF wagers: IF WIN and IF ACTION. Your IF WIN wager will continue only if your wagers continue to win. If any of your games lose, tie or are cancelled for any reason, your entire IF wager ends. IF ACTION wagers allow your IF wager to continue if one of your games ties or is cancelled for any reason.

Rules For IF Wagers
1. The initial choice for an IF wager can start after the rest of your IF wager selections.
However, all other choices are dependent on a favorable outcome on the initial wager.
2. You cannot IF a game to itself or any associated prop to that game.
Example: You cannot IF the first half of a game to the full game or the other way around.
3. You are required to place a bet amount for each of your selections in the IF wager. Your bet amounts cannot exceed the previous bet total payout.
Example: If you wager $110 to win $100 on your first selection, then your next selection in the IF wager cannot be for more then $110.
4. You can place IF wagers between leagues and sports

IF WIN Example
Team Line Bet Payout Status Total
Dallas Cowboys +7, -110 $110 $100 WIN $210
IF WIN
Miami Dolphins +4, -110 $110 $100 WIN $210
IF WIN
Detroit Pistons +5, -110 $110 $100 Lose $0.00
IF WIN
LA KINGS -.5, +120 No Action on this wager
Total Bet: $110
Total Win: $200

IF ACTION Example
Team Line Bet Payout Status Total
Dallas Cowboys +7, -110 $110 $100 WIN $210
IF WIN
Miami Dolphins +4, -110 $110 $100 Cancel $110 (Refund)
IF WIN
Detroit Pistons +5, -110 $110 $100 WIN $210
IF WIN
LA KINGS -.5, +120 $110 $120 WIN $220
Total Bet: $110
Total Win: $320

  Reverse Wagers (Win and Action)

Reverse Bets are a pair of IF wagers going both forward and in "reverse" order. Each team included in the Reverse will pair with another team to form two IF bets. Each bet in the reverse is an individual straight wager for the full amount of the reverse (each bet is for the same amount).

Reverse Wager Rules
  1. You cannot reverse a game to itself or any associated prop to that game. Example: You cannot Reverse the first half of a game to the full game or the other way around.
  2. You can only reverse for the amount that you wager on the previous bet. Example: if you wager $110 to win $100 on a game the second selection can only be for a maximum risk amount of $110
  3. You can place reverse wagers between leagues and sports
  4. Reverse wagers can only be placed with two selections.
  5. Both Reverse WIN and Reverse ACTION are available.

Reverse WIN Example:
A 2 team reverse is really 2 IF Bets. If you bet on Dallas and Miami the wager would work as follows:

If Dallas Wins then Miami and If Miami Wins then Dallas

Possible Outcomes:
  1. Both teams win: you would have bet a total of $220 ($110 on each IF wager) and won $400 for a total of $620 payout.
  2. Dallas wins and Miami loses: In this case, the first IF bet (Dallas if win then Miami) you win the first straight bet and lose the second one. For a total loss of $10 ($220 bet and only $210 won). On the second IF (Miami if win then Dallas) you lose the first straight, having no action on the second one. For the second IF there is a loss of $110 ($110 bet, nothing won). This gives a net loss of $120 for this situation.
  3. Miami wins and Dallas loses: This follows the same result as the previous example.
  4. Both teams lose: In this case you would loses the first part of both IF wagers and loses a total of $220.

  Asian Handicapping - Soccer Only

With Asian Handicaps, you bet on either the favorite or the underdog. There is no "Tie" bet. The handicap, or spread, removes the gap in ability between the favorite and underdog making the match a contest of equal ability. The bigger the ability gap is between both teams, the larger the handicap will be.

The simple example of this style of wagering would be the following:
Team Spread
Arsenal -0.5
Manchester +0.5

Arsenal would be considered the favorite because 1/2 a goal is subtracted from their final score. Manchester would be the underdog because 1/2 goal is added to their final score. In this example, if you were to choose Arsenal, Arsenal would need to win the game by 1 goal. If the game ended in a 1-1 tie, then you would lose your wager because the final adjusted score would be Arsenal .5 and Manchester 1.

Sometimes the handicap line becomes more complicated and a second line is added. This is called a splitball and here is an example:
Team Spread Splitball Spreads
Arsenal -0.75 -0.5, -1.0
Manchester +0.75 +0.5, +1.0

Again, Arsenal would be considered the favorite because of the negative line. In this case, you would be placing two bets; one for Arsenal at -0.5 and one for Arsenal at -1.0. If the game was to end with Arsenal winning 2-1, the result would be as follows:

You bet $100 on the wager which would be split into two $50 wagers. $50 on Arsenal at -0.5 and $50 on Arsenal at -1.0. Here are the possible outcomes for this example:
Arsenal Loses - Your total payout on a $100 bet would be $0.
You lose the -0,5 bet
You lose the -1.0 bet

Arsenal wins by 1 goal - Your total payout on a $100 bet would be $150.
You win the -0.5 bet and win $50
You tie the -1.0 bet and are refunded $50

The game is tied - Your total payout on a $100 bet would be $0.
You lose the -0.5 bet.
You lose the -1.0 bet.

Arsenal wins by 2 or more goals - Your total payout on a $100 bet would be $200.
You win the -0.5 bet and win $50
You win the -1.0 bet and win $50

  Asian Totals (Quarterball)

The unique aspect of the Asian Total is that it can be a quarter number (0.25, 0.75, 1.25, 1.75, etc). In this case, there are four possible outcomes: Win, Loss, Half-Win and Half-Loss. For example, a total of 2.25: Betting on Over 2.25 means half the stake is bet on Over 2 and half is bet on Over 2.5, so:

If the total goals for the match are 3 or more, the bet is graded Win. If the total goals for the match are 2, half the bet is graded Push and the other half is graded Loss, therefore the bet as a whole is graded Half-Loss.

If the total goals for the match are 1 or 0, the bet is graded Loss. Betting on Under 2.25 means half the stake is bet on Under 2 and half is bet on Under 2.5, so:

If the total goals for the match are 3 or more, the bet is graded Loss. If the total goals for the match are 2, half the bet is graded Push and the other half is graded Win, therefore the bet as a whole is graded Half-Win.

If the total goals for the match are 1 or 0, the bet is graded Win

  NCAA Football Conference Championships Tie-Breakers

Winner of the SEC, Big 12, and ACC conferences is defined as the winner of those conferences' championship games.

For other conferences, in the event of a tie in the regular season standings, the winner is defined as the highest ranked team according to the BCS standings the week following the conference championship games.

If no team is ranked in the BCS, then the team ranked highest in the AP poll the week following the conference championship games will be determined the winner.

  Future Wagers

Future wagers are bets that you make on events that will happen in the near future. An example would be betting on an NFL team to win the Superbowl before the NFL season begins. The bets list all applicable participants and the odds are either displayed as a fraction or as a price.

  Propositions and Special Wagers

Proposition and special wagers are all other wagers that are not covered by the other wager types mentioned above. This includes wagers such as golf match-ups, individual player wagers and other types of bets. Propositions and special wager odds are displayed as either a fraction or as a price. We use standard official websites for grading proposition bets:

Baseball - MLB
Hockey - NHL
Basketball - NBA
Pro Football - NFL
College Football - ESPN

Management decision is final on all grading.

▪ If the wagering offer includes only the two boxers, with the draw either not offered or offered as a separate proposition, and the match ends in a draw (including majority draw), wagers on either fighter will be refunded.

MMA Over and Under Bets
The total used for over and under bets represents the total number of completed rounds.
For uncompleted rounds, we use the following formula for determining the halfway point.
- The halfway point of a two minutes round is at the one minute mark.
- The halfway point of a three minute round is at exactly one minute and thirty seconds.
- The halfway point of a five minute round is at exactly two minutes and thirty seconds.

Ex. Jon Jones vs. Alexander Gustafsson | 2.5 Rounds | 5 Minutes Round
If you took the under, you would win if the fight ended before the 2.5-minute mark of the third round.
If you took the over, you would win if the fight ended after the 2.5-minute mark of the third round.

Cricket
▪ For Cricket games, if the match is shortened by the weather, bets will be governed by the official competition rules.

Rugby

Where a venue is changed, bets will stand unless the game is to be played at the original away team's ground in which case all bets will be void.

Motorsports
▪ In the event that the driver or team that a customer bets upon for the outright championship does not start the race, the bet is considered action (no refunds on the bet). Both drivers must start the race for match-up wagering for the bet to have action. The start of any motor race is defined as the signal to start the warm-up lap. The official winner at the conclusion of the race will be the winner for betting purposes. Special Motorsport Rule: Races must be run within one week of the scheduled date for your bet to have action.

Cycling
▪ Competitors must pass the starting line of the respective event/stage for wagers to be official.
▪ Competitors that do not pass the start line will be settled as “No Action”

Triple Crown Series (Kentucky Derby, Preakness, Belmont Stakes)
▪ At the start of each season, "Odds to Win" are given out for horses to win a certain event. The odds or horse participants change as the race date approaches and in most cases get shorter, but if you win you get paid at the original odds that you took.
▪ In case a horse is considered a Non Starter by the track, that horse will be considered a scratch.
▪ Odds to win bets are all action and will count scratch as a loss.
▪ In the event that the horse that a customer bets upon for the outright championship does not start the race, the bet is considered action (no refunds on the bet).
▪ In matchups between one named horse and the Field, wagers will have action if and only if the named horse starts. Scratches of horses in the Field will not affect the standing of the wager.

Parlay or Multiples Betting
▪ No multiple (parlay) bets can be accepted where individual legs are 'connected'. For example, one leg of a parlay is for Sampras to beat Henman in the 4th round of Wimbledon and the second or additional part of the parlay is for Sampras to win the overall Wimbledon title. The match forms part of the overall tournament and is therefore 'connected'. In the same way, you cannot parlay the over of the first half of a football game with the over of the total game, because the two are 'connected'.

Dead Heat
▪ In the event of a dead heat (a tie), stakes will be divided by the number of selections dead heating with the divided stake settled at full odds, remaining stakes are lost. If the tie was a betting option, then the dead heat rule does not apply. The Dead Heat Rule only applies to Future Wagers. For example, if there is a 3 way tie for the Top Scorer in a Football game. Then your winnings are calculated by taking your stake, dividing it by 3, and multiplying that amount by the odds on your betting ticket.

Live Betting Rules
▪ If any market remains open with an incorrect score, match time/status we reserve the right to cancel wagers.
▪ The user is not allowed to place a bet that exceeds their current available account balance (total balance less all pending bets).
▪ The user is liable for all bets submitted, accidental or otherwise.
▪ For all lines determined to have been available past post, or for bets we have determined were placed after the outcome of an event is known in part or in full, or after the selected participant or team has gained a material advantage (e.g. a score, etc), such open and settled bets in question will be cancelled.
▪ In the event of an obvious line error on the posted proposition, all bets on the affected line ID will be graded No Action at the discretion of site management.
▪ If the flow of the game causes the play calling to become too predictable, the site management reserves the right to suspend certain propositions related to such situations.
▪ Where we have reason to believe or suspect that a live bet has been placed after the outcome of a live event is known, or if delayed "live" television coverage results in a live bet being placed at the incorrect price after the selected participant has gained an advantage or disadvantage, we shall be entitled to treat the bet as No Action.
▪ Grading: If the outcome of a market cannot be verified officially, we reserve the right to delay the settlement until official confirmation is obtained. In the event of an incorrect settlement of markets, we reserve the right to correct them at any time.

General Racebook Rules
● Oddsmaker.ag accepts wagers on Thoroughbred and Harness races from major and minor tracks in the United States and Canada, many international tracks, and select Greyhound racing venues.
● Oddsmaker.ag reserves the right to accept or not accept any tracks at management’s discretion.
● Oddsmaker.ag offers up-to-post time wagering. In other words all horse wagers can be made until the horses leave the gate. If for any reason the race does not close due to a technical difficulty and you are able to bet after the horses have left the gate, your bet will be voided and your funds returned to your account, win or lose.
● Minimum and maximum horse wager limits vary per track and by wager type, and payouts may be subject to a maximum profit limit. You may view these limits by visiting our Track Limits page.
● The player is solely responsible for determining both horse and race numbers at the time of selection. Horses are identified by the number on their saddlecloth.
● Oddsmaker.ag will do their best to grade all races within 10 minutes of official post time. In the event that more time may be required, Oddsmaker.ag will not be held liable for any alleged losses which may result from delays in our grading process.
● Oddsmaker.ag offers full track odds for all Thoroughbred and Harness races available up to max payouts per race – see our Track Limits page for details.
● The Management of Oddsmaker.ag reserves the right to limit, restrict, or deny any player from wagering on any track at any time.
● Oddsmaker.ag management decisions are final.

Coupled Horses
When placing a wager on coupled Horses, your wager will include all horses that are represented by that same saddle number. If part of the entry is scratched and another part of the entry runs then all wagers are deemed as having action, unless the track deems it a non-betting entry. There is no "must go" action as part of your wager. When one of the entry horses runs, all bets and bet types have action, unless the entry is a late gate scratch – then both horses are considered scratched.
Scratches
All exacta, trifecta, superfecta, quinella, win, place and show bets will be refunded in the event that a horse is scratched. The portion of combos that include said horse will be refunded as well. Exotic wagers or multiple-race wagers such as Pick 3s, 4s, 6s that contain a scratched entry will be refunded and will not be graded as a loss or a win, nor will they be paid a consolation payout.
Daily Double Wagers
If the runner selected in the first leg of the Daily Double is a scratch, tickets will be refunded automatically.
Daily Double tickets are paid out based on the official result decreed by the host track where the race took place. For example, if a horse is scratched during the second leg of a daily double event and the host track pays a consolation, Oddsmaker.ag will also pay the consolation. If the host track does not pay consolations for whatever reason, Oddsmaker.ag will not pay consolations either.
Multiple Horse and Race Payout Rules
If a winning payout combination is selected by a Oddsmaker.ag player and the same winning combination is not covered at the host track Oddsmaker.ag will pay 100% of the track pool, less the percentage take out by the host track, up to the MAX payout listed on our track limit table. If the percentage take out of the host track is not available, Oddsmaker.ag will deduct 25% of the pool. If a customer has multiple winning tickets on said wager, the payout will be divided accordingly.

In the event of more than one medal being awarded for the same position, for example there is potential for 2 bronze medals in fencing, dead heat rules apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

  Is online gambling legal?

The World Trade Organization handed down a landmark decision against the United States. In its ruling the WTO found that the US government law prohibiting online gambling was illegal. In order to abide by the ruling, the US would have to either remove exceptions for horse racing or they would have to repeal the law entirely. The legislation, enacted last October, essentially places the onus of responsibility for monitoring internet gambling transactions on the banking institutions. It does not make it illegal to actually place bets online.

How Can I Make A Free Bet?

Occasionally we will run a promotion that allows you to make a FREE wager on a specific event. Simply follow the promotion links to the bet card and place a wager on the event that has "Free Wager" listed in it's title. You are required to place the wager for exactly the amount listed, nothing more or less. In order to place this free bet, you need to have at least the amount of the wager already in your REAL money account.

When you place the wager, no money from your account will be deducted and if you win, your account will be credited with the winnings for that wager. Here is an example:
The Free Bet is a $20 wager on the Miami/Dallas NFL game. You choose Miami -7 and place the $20 wager. You have $50 in your REAL money account so you are allowed to place this wager. Miami wins the game by 10 point and you win the bet. $20 was added to your REAL money account. If you lose, it doesn't cost you a penny.

How do I place a single wager?

For all events on which live betting is available, schedules and odds are posted. You can add a single wager by clicking on the "Bet" symbol beside your selection. This will add your selection to the bet card. Once you have entered the wager amount on your bet card, click on "Place Bet" to submit your bet. Your bet is recorded and your wager will be instantly deducted from your account. When the game has been played and the outcome to your bet has been resolved any winnings will be added to your account right away.

  How do I buy points?

Buying Points can only be done on basketball and football pointspreads and over/unders. Choose the game, team and bet type you wish to bet on. When you make your selection, a list of Buying Points options becomes available. You can add any number of points from 1/2 to 3 simply by clicking on the appropriate button. If you want to go back to the default line, click on Straight Bet.

Once you have made your selection and bought your points, your bet ticket will now reflect your adjusted line.

How do I place a parlay wager?

You can combine any selections that are available onto one betting card, up to a maximum of selections. You do this by choosing one event at a time by clicking the "Bet" symbol next to your selection. This will add your selection to the bet card. You can now add a second selection to the bet card by adding another selection from the same sport or by going to a new sport and adding another selection.

When you have more than one selection on a bet card, your bet price will begin to increase as you add multiple wagers.

How do I place a teaser wager?

Your teaser selection must be from either football or basketball point spreads or over/unders. You can not mix the sports. Click on the "Bet" symbol beside your selections in order to have them added to your bet card. Once you have 2 selections that qualify for a teaser wager, the teaser menu will pop up. At that time you can choose what type of teaser you want (e.g. 7 Point Teaser). Enter the wager amount on your bet card and click on "Place Bet" to submit your bet.

How do I create an IF Wager?

To create an IF wager you need to select two or more teams and add them to your bet card. The bet list options will display IF WIN and IF ACTION. Select the type of IF wager you are interested in placing by selecting one of these two options.

Once you have chosen your IF wager type and the teams you want to have in your wager, you now need to enter the bet amounts for each selection. Remember that you cannot add additional teams that are playing before your first selection. Also remember that your wagers for each additional bet cannot be for more than your original wager.

How do I create a Reverse Wager?

To create a Reverse Wager you need to select two teams and add them to your bet card. In the bet type list you will see Reverse WIN and Reverse ACTION. Choose the type of Reverse you want to make and enter your bet amount. Remember that the bet amount you enter will actually be double that because you are basically creating two IF wagers.

How do I place an Asian Handicap wager (Soccer Only)?

To create an Asian Handicapping bet, choose your team and the attached line. Then enter your bet amount. If you are placing a "Splitball" wager then remember your wager will be split into two wagers, one for each line.

  How are my winnings calculated?

When you add selections to your Bet Card, the potential payout for your current wager is calculated and displayed automatically for you. The calculation is determined as follows:

The decimal price that we display is the price you get for the outcome of your event. This price includes your bet amount. Your winnings are calculated by simply multiplying your bet amount by the displayed odds.
For example:
  • Place a $100 bet at a price of 3.5
  • Your return would be:
    $100 x 3.5 = $350

On North American Sports, the equivalent "cents line" or "money line" is also displayed. With a "positive" money line, which indicates the underdog, for every 100 cents you bet, you receive the amount displayed plus your bet amount.
For example:
  • Place a $10 bet at a cents line of +130 (decimal price of 2.3)
  • Your return would be:
    ($10 x 130 cents) + $10 bet amount = $23 (= $10 x 2.3)

With a "negative" cents line, which indicates the favorite, for every 100 cents you wish to win, you need to bet an amount equivalent to the displayed line. For example:
Place a $12 bet at a cents line of -120 (decimal price of 1.83)
Your return would be:
$10 + $12 bet amount = $22 (= $12 x 1.83)
