On January 29th, 2009, oddsmaker.ag arranged
another trip for its VIP players, which took place
for the first time, in sultry Panama City, Panama
and accommodated them at the Radisson Decapolis
Hotel during Super Bowl weekend. Upon their arrival,
the VIPs were given a stunning gift package which
comprised of the newest OM gadgets, some of the
hottest OM apparel, and a lovely bottle of wine.
Every guest entered Panama through special airport
VIP services. They were greeted by a Hostess, who
processed their customs paperwork, had their luggage
retrieved, all while they freshened up in the VIP
airport lounge, and were treated with drinks and
snacks.
On Thursday evening, some of the VIPs met at the
Majestic Poker Room for a private Texas Hold'em
Poker Tournament. oddsmaker.ag covered the entry
fees and cash prizes were given out to the top
players.
On Friday, a group of VIPs went on a golf outing at
the Summit Golf Club. Needless to say, the beer-cart
girls were kept very busy as the players were
extremely thirsty! Others chose a day of sightseeing
which included a trip to the famous Panama Canal.
The highlight once again was the VIP dinner on the
Saturday evening, which took place at Fusion
Restaurant inside the Radisson. The VIPs first met up
with the OM Girls at the hotel pool bar for a few
cocktails. Later they were wined and dined to a
scrumptious five-course dinner. Afterwards, many of
the VIPs headed back to the pool bar where the drinks
continued to flow well into the night, as a DJ
played tunes and enthralled the VIPs with a smoke and
laser show.
The Super Bowl Party was held at the Bulla Bar
inside the Majestic Casino. Big screen TVs were
setup and the event included a good old fashioned
tail gate buffet and open bar. It was an incredible
game between the Cardinals and Steelers, which
topped off an amazing weekend in Panama!
