Casino Tournaments FAQ
Tournament specific details such as registration end time, minimum
number of entrants required for guaranteed tournaments, ‘Must Play
All Rounds’ setting, starting number of tournament chips, etc. are
listed in the casino tournament lobby.
Each casino tournament has a maximum number of Rounds (hands, spins,
or games) that can be played. ‘Must Play All Rounds’ is either
set to YES or NO. If ‘Must Play All Rounds’ is set to YES, you
MUST play ALL rounds in order to qualify for prizes.
Everything you win during the tournament goes towards your T Chip
balance, including winnings from bonus rounds, free spins, etc.
T Chips are Tournament Chips. They hold no cash value used to
keep score in a tournament. Your T Chip balance does not
include chips in play. Your T Chip balance is used as your
score.
A Guaranteed tournament is a tournament where the prize pool is
guaranteed. If not enough players join to cover the prize pool, we
pay the remaining amount. If enough players join the
tournament to cover the guaranteed prize pool, their buy-in will be
added on top of the guaranteed amount.
Certain guaranteed tournaments require a minimum number of
entrants. If the minimum numbers of entrants have not entered,
the tournament is cancelled and buy in amounts are automatically
refunded.
Yes, your ‘Free Money’ balance will be used in tandem with your real
money at a ratio of 29 to 1 when buying into casino tournaments.
For example, when buying into a tournament that costs $3, $2.90 will
be deducted from your real money balance and $0.10 from your ‘Free
Money’ balance.
‘Free Money’ will not be utilized while playing the actual casino
tournament; tournaments are played with T Chips and not your real
money balance.
Yes, you earn 4 points for every $1 paid in casino tournament fees.

Unfortunately, once an entry into a tournament has been confirmed it
is not possible to unregister and your entry fee will not be
refunded.
If you remember while the tournament is still in progress, you may
log in and join the tournament. However, if the tournament has been
completed, you cannot play it and your entry fee will not be
refunded.
If you are disconnected from the system during tournament play, the
following rules apply:
-
If you are
disconnected during play, the game will not continue on your
behalf. For example, the slot will not spin regardless of
‘Auto Play’ selection and remaining Keno games will not
continue.
-
If you reconnect
within the tournament time, you can continue playing in the
tournament from exactly where you were prior to the
disconnection.
-
If you cannot
reconnect, your tournament score will remain static, reflecting
the T Chip amount at the time of disconnection.
Certain tournaments require a minimum number of entrants. If
the minimum numbers of entrants have not entered, the tournament is
cancelled and buy in amounts are automatically refunded.
In the unlikely event that a tournament that is in progress has to
be cancelled, each player will be refunded their buy in.
