Casino Tournaments FAQ
Where
can I find tournament specific details?
Tournament specific details such as registration end time, minimum
number of entrants required for guaranteed tournaments, ‘Must Play
All Rounds’ setting, starting number of tournament chips, etc. are
listed in the casino tournament lobby.
What is ‘Must Play
All Rounds’?
Each casino tournament has a maximum number of Rounds (hands, spins,
or games) that can be played. ‘Must Play All Rounds’ is either
set to YES or NO. If ‘Must Play All Rounds’ is set to YES, you
MUST play ALL rounds in order to qualify for prizes.
What if I win free spins or receive bonus rounds during the
tournament?
Everything you win during the tournament goes towards your T Chip
balance, including winnings from bonus rounds, free spins, etc.

What are T Chips?
T Chips are Tournament Chips. They hold no cash value used to
keep score in a tournament. Your T Chip balance does not
include chips in play. Your T Chip balance is used as your
score.
What are
Guaranteed Tournaments/Prize Pools?
A Guaranteed tournament is a tournament where the prize pool is
guaranteed. If not enough players join to cover the prize pool, we
pay the remaining amount. If enough players join the
tournament to cover the guaranteed prize pool, their buy-in will be
added on top of the guaranteed amount.
Certain guaranteed tournaments require a minimum number of
entrants. If the minimum numbers of entrants have not entered,
the tournament is cancelled and buy in amounts are automatically
refunded.
Will my ‘Free Money’ be
used?
Yes, your ‘Free Money’ balance will be used in tandem with your real
money at a ratio of 29 to 1 when buying into casino tournaments.
For example, when buying into a tournament that costs $3, $2.90 will
be deducted from your real money balance and $0.10 from your ‘Free
Money’ balance.
‘Free Money’ will not be utilized while playing the actual casino
tournament; tournaments are played with T Chips and not your real
money balance.
Will I earn Player's
Club points?
Yes, you earn 4 points for every $1 paid in casino tournament fees.

FAQ

How do I know my position compared to other players?
While the tournament is in progress, your position will be displayed
on the leader board in the casino tournament lobby. The leader
board will display the players rank, score (T Chips) and remaining
rounds.
Tournament leaders, your rank and remaining rounds are also
displayed at bottom of the tournament game window. Your position is
subject to change until the tournament is over.
What if there’s a tie?
In the event of a tie, the prize is evenly split between players
that have tied.
How do I know if I won?
When tournament play is complete, the Official Results board located
in the casino tournament lobby will indicate your final ranking
along with any prize that you may have won.
How do I collect my
winnings?
Once a tournament is finished, all real money winnings will be
automatically added to your Casino and Sportsbook Account.
If you win a prize other than real money, you will receive your
prize and/or information regarding the prize within 24-48 hours.
Can
I withdraw casino tournament free roll winnings?
Depositing players can withdraw free roll winnings without
restriction... no strings attached. Depositing players have
made at least 1 real money deposit.
Non-depositing players can withdraw free roll winnings after
having rolled over their prize money 15 times in the casino and
sportsbook.

I no longer want to play in the tournament, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, once an entry into a tournament has been confirmed it
is not possible to unregister and your entry fee will not be
refunded.
What happens if I signed up for a tournament and forgot to play it?
If you remember while the tournament is still in progress, you may
log in and join the tournament. However, if the tournament has been
completed, you cannot play it and your entry fee will not be
refunded.
What happens if I
am disconnected?
If you are disconnected from the system during tournament play, the
following rules apply:
- If you are disconnected during play, the game will not
continue on your behalf. For example, the slot will not
spin regardless of ‘Auto Play’ selection and remaining Keno
games will not continue.
- If you reconnect within the tournament time, you can
continue playing in the tournament from exactly where you were
prior to the disconnection.
- If you cannot reconnect, your tournament score will remain
static, reflecting the T Chip amount at the time of
disconnection.
What happens
if a tournament is cancelled?
Certain tournaments require a minimum number of entrants. If
the minimum numbers of entrants have not entered, the tournament is
cancelled and buy in amounts are automatically refunded.
In the unlikely event that a tournament that is in progress has to
be cancelled, each player will be refunded their buy in.
Can I
play slots tournaments with a Guest Account?

a prize, we need a place to put it) including the free rolls.
Can I play the same free roll tournament more than once?

winnings and all accounts will be blocked.
General Terms and
Conditions will also apply.
